Three women weave baskets in the urubohero, the traditional gathering place for women.  The women in the center and on the right are older and married, as indicated by their dress, the imikenyero.  The one in the center also wears a white headband, the urugori, indicating that she has recently given birth.  As they weave, they explain to the soon-to-be-married young woman on the left what tradition dictates about her upcoming role as a wife and mother.
